Comic Timing – Episode 123.5

We’re back with a new episode spotlighting the works of Adam Withers and Comfort Love! This includes The Uniques, The Uniques Tales and Rainbow in the Dark. They are up for Harvey Awards this year and are in need of some plugging so Brent and I plug away with the help of Sean Whelan of Raging Bullets. Adam and Comfort are nominated for Most Promising New Talent for Rainbow in the Dark and Best Anthology for The Uniques Tales. If you are a comic book professional you have until August 6th to vote for your favorites, whether it be Adam and Comfort or others. Even if you’re not a comic book professional listen to the episode for some good comic book discussion and to learn more about their titles!

Comic Timing – Episode 18

Episode 18 of Comic Timing is here, this time with just Matt and I talking comics. We discuss my trip down to Baltimore for the Baltimore Comic Con this past weekend, take a trip from A to Z through the Marvel U, and we go over The Harvey Awards and who they went to this year. Then finally we get into the big announcements of the week that came out of the Marvel Camp this past Monday, including the new writer and artist on Runaways, World War Hulk, and a whole lot more.

As always, you can e-mail Comic Timing at comictiming@gmail.com, and please vote for us on Podcast Alley if you get the opportunity to do so.

We should be back next week with a regular three person panel, and I hope you enjoyed this one too, as it is always fun talking to Matt. Thanks to everybody for downloading the show and for spreading the word, and see you all next week.
