Comic Timing – Episode 139: 2012 Year-End Wrap-Up

Welcome to the worrrrrrld of tomorrow! Or welcome to 2013. Either way! To ring in this fancy New Year, Brent and Ian are joined by Chad Burdette of the soon to be newly minted podcast, Comic Book Laundry, as well as Jim Dietz of Legion of Dudes and Nothing’s On for our annual Year-End wrap-up episode! This year’s questions to be answered by the panel are as follows:

  1. If you would have told me in 2011 I’d be reading ________ in 2012, I would have called you a liar.
  2. I had such high hopes for _________, but now my dreams have been shattered by how bad it was. Seriously, I’m in tears.

  12. I wish I had the writing talent of _________. 2012 was his/her year.
  13. Out of all the events in 2012, ___________ was the one that hooked me, line and sinker.
  14. If I had to choose a publisher of the year, the honor goes to ____________.
  15. When I read the news about ___________, my jaw dropped.
  16. Man, _________ was a story arc that completely delivered on its promises.

  18. _____________ was the character of 2012. Who knew?
  19. Going into 2013, I am looking forward to _____________ the most out of Marvel.
